GIFT CARDS POLICIES.

1. Gift cards are a perfect way to share the gift of relaxation and wellness. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Please treat your gift card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

3. Gift cards are transferable

4. Gift cards can be used towards any services but not any retail products offered at our spa,

5. In the event that the full value of the gift card is not used in a single visit, the remaining balance will be retained as a store credit for future use.

6. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

7. To redeem a gift card, it must be presented at the time of payment. We are unable to process gift card transactions without the physical card or its unique code.

8. The spa reserves the right to refuse the use of gift cards if fraudulent activity is suspected, ensuring the security of our valued customers.

9. We take pride in offering exceptional service and experiences. However, the spa is not responsible for any unauthorized use of gift cards once they have been issued.

  1. Venus spa gift cards and certificates do not ever expire.  However, because we owever, because we frequently update the services and packages offered, after one year, gift certificates are redeemable only for the dollar value originally purchased.For example, if you buy a facial gift certificate on sale for $120 you have a year to use it for that facial After a year, you can still use it for its value of $120 but may no longer be able to get that facial for the same price!

Refund Policy:

1. Unopened Products, in original packaging, may be returned for credit or exchanged within 30 days. We cannot accept returns on opened skincare or cosmetic products.
2. A receipt is required for all returns.
3. The original purchase value will be applied to the client’s account or issued as a Gift Card for returned unopened products.
4. For opened items returned due to an adverse reaction experienced by the client, a store credit or product exchange may be provided. The client must consult with a technician within 7 days of product purchase to be eligible for this option.
