- NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE: Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- EXPIRATION: All gift cards have a [12-month] expiration from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the remaining balance will be voided.
- LOSS OR THEFT: Venus Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If a gift card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately to report it.
- REDEEMABLE SERVICES: Gift cards can only be used for services and products offered at Venus Spa. They are not valid for gratuity.
- NO CHANGE GIVEN: If the gift card balance is greater than the total cost of the service, no change will be given, and any remaining balance will be kept on the card.
- APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS: Gift cards are valid for appointments at Venus Spa. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least [24 hours] in advance. Failure to do so may result in a fee deducted from the gift card balance.
