- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping Time: Most U.S. orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Venus Spa is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information.
Shipping Delays:
If your package is marked “in transit” or “at a facility,” we kindly ask for your patience while the carrier completes delivery. We’re happy to assist with tracking and updates.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final — even if the product was not opened.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are not sealed by the manufacturer, such as items from Reveskin and similar brands. This ensures product safety and integrity for all customers.
Refunds are only issued if the item is:
- Confirmed lost or damaged by the shipping provider
- Or incorrectly shipped from us
If a refund is issued and the product is later delivered, the customer is responsible for returning the item or will be recharged for the product.
