PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our products and services. To ensure the safety of all our clients, please note the following return guidelines:
- Unopened Products in original condition may be returned for spa credit or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be sealed from the manufacturer and verified as unopened by our team. If there is any evidence the product was opened, used, or tampered with, the return will be denied.
- REVE SKIN products are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstance due to their professional-grade formulation and strict manufacturer policy. However, we may offer a product exchange or service credit if there is a valid concern.
- Open Product Returns due to Adverse Reactions: A client experiencing an allergic reaction must notify the spa and consult with a technician within 7 days of purchase. A clear photo of the reaction is required. In such cases, a store credit or product exchange may be issued, at our discretion.
- Receipt is required for all product returns or exchanges.
SERVICE POLICY
- All deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for pre-purchased services, packages, or memberships.
- Service credit may be issued only in extreme circumstances, at the sole discretion of Venus Spa management.
APPOINTMENTS
- Your time is reserved just for you. Please provide at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations (less than 4 hours) will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require full pre-payment for future appointments.
ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a relaxed and timely experience.
- If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, treatment time may be shortened at full price.
SPA ETIQUETTE
- Venus Spa is a space of peace and relaxation. Please silence phones and speak quietly while in the spa.
- Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Children not receiving services are discouraged from attending unless absolutely necessary.
PAYMENT POLICY
- We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and personal checks (with ID).
- A $29 fee will be applied to returned checks or declined payments.
DISCLAIMER
- Venus Spa reserves the right to refuse service for any inappropriate behavior, language, or actions that make our staff or guests uncomfortable.
- Any inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the service with no refund.
PRICING
- All service and product prices are subject to change without notice.

- Venus Spa may update these policies at any time. Booking an appointment or making a purchase implies agreement to these terms.
