SERVICE POLICY
To ensure a safe and effective treatment at Venus Spa, please follow these steps:
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning (including self-tanner) for 7 days before your treatment.
- Stop using retinoids, exfoliants, AHAs/BHAs, glycolic or salicylic acid at least 5–7 days before.
- Discontinue antibiotics or photosensitizing medications (like Accutane); consult your doctor if unsure.
- Do not wax, thread, or use depilatory creams in the treatment area for at least 48 hours before.
- Shave the treatment area 24 hours before if you’re receiving laser hair removal.
- Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners (like aspirin or NSAIDs) for 24 hours before.
- No Botox or fillers in the treatment area for at least 2 weeks prior.
- Stay hydrated — healthy, hydrated skin responds better to treatment.
- Avoid heavy workouts, saunas, or steam rooms on the day of your appointment.
- Arrive with clean skin — no makeup, lotion, sunscreen, oils, deodorant, or perfume.
- Reschedule if you have active breakouts, rashes, or infections in the treatment area.

Gift Cards & Certificates
- All gift card and certificate sales are final and non-refundable
- Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash and must be presented at time of service
- Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced
Refund Policy
- Unopened products in original packaging may be returned for credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase
- We cannot accept returns on opened skincare, cosmetics, or used items
- No refunds on pre-purchased services at any time
Appointments & Cancellations
- We kindly ask for at least 4 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations
- Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice will result in a 50% fee
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
- All deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable and non-transferable

Pricing Notice
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled, depending on the schedule. Full charges still apply.
